ILearningGlobal wants to help you become successful and make it as simple as possible
There’s no confusion here, just four steps.Just envision a baseball diamond, first base, second, third and then touch home for the home run.First Base: Learning to Invite.
It sounds simple but it’s where many people mess up. They get nervous, confused, they’re intimidated. But mastering the art of inviting can be extremely rewarding, so it’s worth learning.
In traditional network marketing, you get advice from an upline person, who was told by their upline that this was the way to do it. This can be very confusing.
One of the things we specialize at iLearningGlobal is that you get training from the experts.Dave Sherman, Brian Tracy, Tony Alessandra, Jay Abraham, can say, here’s what we’ve learned over 20 and 30 years of working with fortune 500 companies.
So inviting is important and you will learn how from the master trainers.Second base is the presentation. You talk about something that can stall someone in business!
If they feel that they have to be the presenter, the one in front of the crowd, they freeze up, they stall, they say “I can’t do it”. In fact, if your entire model is built on going to live presentations, often people say that was incredible and then they have to wait 2 weeks or 4 weeks for the presenter to come back into town, and their business stalls.
The beauty of iLearningGlobal is that the people that do the presentations are the people who teach fortune 100 companies how to do presentations.
If you want to be a presenter, you will be mentored by the very best.
But on the other hand, why not let those people do the presentations. Our videos, our webinars and our conference calls will be conducted by the world’s best presenters.
Your chances are great when you can turn your people to the best presenters in the world.
Rounding second base and going to third. Follow up and close. What an intimidating thing!
You’ve got to pick up the phone and call someone and ask “Did you view the presentation? Did you attend the webinar?” Again people freeze up.
Isn’t it comforting to know that we’re going to learn from the masters again on how to follow up and how to close effectively? When you know how to handle the situation, it makes it much easier to make the call.
Here’s a tip from Brian Tracy. If the person has viewed or listened to the iLearningGlobal presentation and wants to think it over and/or have you can them another time, say ”As it turns out, I don’t do follow-ups. I don’t. I don’t have the time. You have all the information you need right now. Why don’t you just give it a try?”
This saves you the grief of having to repeatedly follow up with people and feel like you’re annoying them or aggravating them with “Did you watch the video?” Instead you just invite them to make a decision right now.
Now we’re rounding third base and heading for home. It’s the ability to replicate what you’ve just done, and teach your organization to do the same thing.
In other words, start the process again. Get in the batter’s box and hit it and go the first, second and third base. That is the secret to success.
It’s simple. It’s easier than any business model we’ve ever seen. The team collectively will give you all the information, and the tools and all the guidance you need to be successful.
That’s why the iLearningGlobal portal is so amazing.
We not only teach you to be better at whatever you currently do for a career, but to be better at a new business, building the iLearningGlobal Biz.
