These actually come in different sizes and might be used to decorate the yard. We are talking more about the flood lights that are built with a sensor that will turn the light on immediately after it has been triggered. These lights are so bright that they when turned on they will cover a large distance so that the thief will have a hard time trying to hide from it.
The great thing about these is that they will scare off anyone that is trying to sneak into your yard. Once they have triggered the light they will be scared and think that someone inside of the home noticed them or someone near the home is going to spot them. Either way it is important for them to stay in the shadows and out of the spot light!
Make sure that these outdoor lights are connected properly and will be triggered when anything moves within its range. It is best to place these along the front, back, and the sides of the home. These are the most vulnerable areas that you should be careful of and that the burglars will try to get through more than anything.
